Senior member of the ecommerce team with responsibility for generating online revenue through planning and delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns across 5 websites. Line management and team leading experience.

Main responsibilities included; online content maintenance, running user acceptance testing, online questionnaires and the annual product upload to the four TTS websites. I also produced the TTS digital catalogues and data feeds to external market places.

Joined TTS in 2006 with one ecommerce website generating 3% of the company sales. Created the digital marketing strategy, implemented email marketing, Google Adwords and all social media platforms. Went on to launched 2 additional ecommerce websites and 2 more partnership sites: Asda go Green for Schools and Eco-Schools Shop. Introduced Digital catalogues across the business to aid our Trade and Export business, launched TTS on Amazon and eBay and increased online revenue to 13% of company sales. The online sales incremental increase was 50% for four years (2006-2010).

Working across the Commercial and Marketing teams at Kitbag, responsibilities included; ● Providing an understanding and development of Kitbags customer database, creating data quality solutions and increasing email campaigns, improving deliverability and personalisation.● Monitor and report on web analytics, using these to improve SEO and increase sales. Worked alongside sister company I Want One of Those and shared best practice.● Provide support for direct mail and catalogue creation to data management and print / mail coordination, as well as direct mail campaign budget and forecast management.● Analysis of data and provision of statistics for Manchester United, Chelsea, Celtic, Barcelona, Reebok, UEFA, and Nike Football.

Working in Marketing Services, I was required to analyse and process data to client requirements for direct marketing campaigns. I undertook Data Management for BOS, HBOS, BMW, HCS, Inland Revenue and other sundry clients. I quality assured other team members work. I produced detailed user guides and documentation in order to pass knowledge and skills to other team members. I undertook UAT.
