For more than two decades, I’ve been working with individuals and companies to create comprehensive, global protection strategies for their products and brands. I handle all aspects of trademark and copyright protection, focusing on sports and entertainment issues, specifically in the realm of intellectual property, including NIL's, domain issues, sponsorship agreements, talent agreements, and movie/TV production. Through work with my European-based colleagues, I help clients develop and implement global protection strategies.My work with sports and entertainment companies is rooted in my time as in-house counsel for a sports marketing agency as well as work representing professional athletes in contract and representation matters. My clients include professional sports teams, sports leagues, pro athletes, coaches, celebrities, newscasters, authors, entertainment agencies, advertising agencies, movie/TV production companies, clothing companies, restaurant chains, and event production companies.I also serve as an adjunct professor of Sports Law at the University of Colorado at Boulder.Licensed in Colorado and New York.
