I am a highly motivated and harding working person with over five years of experience working in the sports administration industry and within Government. I currently work at the Australian Football League as a Program Support Coordinator on the new and exciting Auskick 2.0. My previous position was as a Project Officer with the Community Infrastructure Programs and Regional Support team for Sport and Recreation Victoria in the Department of Health and Human Services within the Victorian State Government. My primary role involves the coordination and administration of funding programs that provides grants to sporting clubs through Local Government Agencies (Councils) to further develop sporting infrastructure to help improved and maintain participation in sport and active recreation across Victoria. I have previously completed a Sports Management/Business Marketing Degree graduate from the University of Ballarat/Federation University. Upon graduation I obtained a short term contract at Sport and Recreation Victoria within the Victorian State Government working in the Major Events team. I primarily assisted with the operation and overall functioning of the 2015 AFC Asian Cup and the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. I obtain by role at Sport and Recreation Victoria after spending time in the Community Access and Metropolitan Community Facilities teams during an internship through my university degree.
