I work as a event/catering coordinator for what was previously named Nicole Gourmet Catering. My job includes working as a server and bartender during events along with working in the office. I help organize inventory, prepare and pack for events and do a number of other jobs to help coordinate events.

I started off as a banquet server and eventually worked towards becoming a banquet captain. I helped serve events during the "Grad" season and "Stampede" season, along with many other events between and after. These events ranged from 20 to 1600 guests.

I worked at BV's Sports Bar & Grill at Big Splash Waterpark. It is open only in the summer and this was my second season returning. I worked as a server, bar staff, host, expediter, busser and concession worker cook.

I additionally worked there for December 2018 and February 2019 when I was home during my breaks from school.I started off working as a support staff in the restaurant which included expeditor, busser and host and eventually became a server and bartender and also worked as a line cook. My additional work around the golf course included working in the kiosk and the beer cart. My time at Country Meadows gave me a ton of experience that helped shape me into becoming a well-rounded hospitality employee, giving me insight into a variety of positions in this industry.

I worked as a maintenance employee who helped maintain the cleanliness of the park. This included landscaping, maintaining the inner-tubes and slides and keeping the park safe and clean. I also worked as a Tower Guard. This job was focused around enforcing the rules of the slides and maintaining order and safety in the park.
