I headed up Learning & Development at GetSmarter with the main focus being on the internal training needs of the team. During this time I co-developed an in house people management training programme for both existing and new people managers. I was involved in the Leadership Acceleration Programme and doing training needs and gap analysis for all departments.

I facilitated the WRP (Work Readiness Programme) which is responsible for upskilling and preparing the students for the world of work.
