I worked closely with the software/hardware devlopment teams in the test and development of new software and hardware products. I also attended various industry shows and company sites to provide onsite technical/hardware support.

Based on the Shell International site in Waterloo, London, I began as a hardware support engineer, providing hardware support for Shell users based in the UK. I then moved into a dedicated support role for Shell gas and power department, providing support for VIP users. As the dedicated support for Shell gas and power, I also provided support to both Shell annual review meetings, and Shell gas and power users onsite and in the home.
