Currently oversee all departments within the Hotel with focus on Front Desk and Food and Beverage. During the last two years, departments who are direct reports have seen multiple successes and accomplishments that are firsts for the hotel. These include:Winning Hotel of the Year 2017 for Hyatt House Hotels for the second time100% on Hyatt internal audit for F&B two years consecutively100% on Hyatt internal audit for Front desk100 for F&B sanitation score (first time in Hotel history)Consistently placing in the top 3 for Hyatt House HotelsConstantly scoring high on yearly financial internal auditResponsibilities include in depth involvement of property budget and financial movements, scheduling, Human Resources, AP and AR, and taking a hands on approach to the operations and management of the property. During this position keys skills have been acquired such as knowledge of budgeting, handling insurance claims, and managing all Human resource issues. Continued growth of management and leadership skills have also been seen.
