Income generation strategy expert with experience in working with charities, film, moving image and cultural organisations to develop fundraising strategies that result in a solid, practical plan to raise funds from diverse sources including; trusts, foundations, statutory, corporate partners, donors and earned income. I am skilled at collaborating with teams to facilitate strategy development that is aligned to the organisation’s overall strategy and at putting plans in place to ensure it is owned and embedded within the leadership and wider teams. I spend time with teams to develop a realistic pipeline of income generation activities that will enable the organisation to remain sustainable, grow and evolve. My work is underpinned with measurable targets and sessions to embed a fundraising culture, building skills and confidence. My recent work has been with WILD Young Parents organisation in Cornwall which has proven really rewarding. Previously part of the executive team at Into Film - the UK's leading film charity brokering, negotiating and managing relationships with major funders and stakeholders and I was successful in raising significant funds from corporate partners through sponsorship and project alignment including from Universal, Sony, Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, Amazon Studios, SWATCH and Unilever. I raised over £650,000 in earned income, attracted over half a million pounds in sponsorship and secured £330,000 in corporate partnership funding. Whilst at Into Film, I chaired the equity, equality, diversity and inclusion working group and partnered with Diversity Pride to facilitate a review of our internal and external communications, policies and recruitment practices.I am a member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and trustee of Home-Start Stroud and Gloucester and Flatpack Projects in Birmingham.
