I have a significant level of experience in advising both public and private clients both locally and internationally on tax issues arising from structuring, restructuring and mergers and acquisitions. I have gained specific experience with many industries including health, property, mineral, oil and gas and funds management sectors. I have significant experience in assisting with complex family law matters in the capacity of litigation support and forensic accounting services. He has assisted on a number of complex matters with respect to restructuring of family groups for family court settlements, tax advice in relation to assets transfers, Division 7A and group net asset valuations and structuring of Family Court orders for consideration of tax implications.I advise diverse client base, ranging from individuals and small business to corporate groups on structuring/restructuring Australian and overseas assets, Division 7A management, income tax, capital gains tax, international tax, employee share schemes property acquisition and development, GST and FBT. I am also a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and a Fellow of The Tax Institute.
