Mountain Cat TNR is located in Mills River, Western North Carolina with both a local and global focus on the safe handing, capture, altering and release of free roaming cats and dogs. I am available to local TNR (Trap Neuter Return) groups and individuals for TNR training and consulting to aid in population management. I am also available to contract with non-profits seeking aid during disaster response including safe handling and capture of both domestic and free roaming cats and dogs.
