Oversee all aspects of audio visual production operations and sales for a facility with over half a million square feet of meeting space and a multi-million dollar annual budget. Actively manage a staff of 32 employees to successfully execute over 1000 customer interactions per year and surpass established customer service goals. Services include but not limited to event production, rigging, audiovisual and countless event technology offerings.

Work closely with corporate clients in the production of high end corporate theater events such as conferences, sales meetings, product launches and awards banquets. Produced Disney events such as press events, Food and Wine Festival, 4th of July Celebrations, Disney Special Events and internal high level meetings. Responsibilities include developing proposals, arranging all technical equipment and labor requirements, and overseeing on-site event set up.

Responsible for audio visual operations and revenue for over 12 locations in the South Florida market. Oversaw several in-house locations throughout South Florida and Central Florida.
