Helped design and deliver Microsoft's initial Executive Development program, an internal executive assessment and development process for key managers and senior executives.

As a senior consultant in the Action Learning Center Idesigned and delivered a large-scale executive assessment center for Asian Pacific Rim and European divisions of TI.

Executive Consultant with primary responsibility for assessment and development of Executive's in Europe and Asia. The executives were mostly from American companies located overseas. I also worked for senior managers working in Sweden and Germany for local companies. Country managers with Proctor and Gamble, Texas Instruments, and AT&T rounded out my practice within PDI.
