Also, leads engagements requiring extensive ASC 740 and IFRS experience, with deep technical expertise in corporate, partnership, and international taxation; IPOs; and merger and acquisition planning.Recognized as an expert in financial products having spent two years in PwC’s National Tax Office, Leigh continues to regularly consult on issues such as derivatives, debt issuances and modifications, original issue discount, foreign currency and mortgage servicing rights.
