• Conduct primary qualititative B2B Voice of the Customer (VOC) interviews and secondary research (including needs and values research, brand positioning, product/solution concept and user testing, exploratory/new.
• Manage and coordinate VOC research projects (research design, recruitment, moderation, interview guide, analysis and deliverables)
• Curate and manage third-party partner vendors for expert recruitment and panels
• Create research discussion guides, screeners, and deliverables (insights reports, customer journey maps, research reports, etc.) that tell compelling stories and clearly communicate findings, illustrate opportunities.
• Provide primary content editor duties for organization

• Present copy in a user-friendly voice to tell a brand's story, educate potential customers, and increase click and open rates
• Proof and edit client marketing materials (emails, web content, campaign content, etc.)
