Our research centered on identification of markers for the ovarian surface epithelium (OSE) and OSE function in the rhesus macaque ovary. I performed immunohistochemical assays, microscope analysis, blood serum processing for hormone assays. I also grew and maintained cell culture lines for immunohistochemical studies.
