My first 8 years selling Radio Advertising in the Eastern Bay of Plenty (mostly Radio 1XX in Whakatane & a short stint at Radio 1ZD in Tauranga) helped me develop a wide range of sales and people skills as well as development of imagination & creativity with regards to reaching high targets and creating new promotional ideas for small business.another 8 years in the personal & business development field as a distributor for Success Motivation Institute (SMI) selling Motivation and goal setting programmes & running workshops & training camps gave me a deep insight into and love of people.Marriage & running a small Home Improvement company with my husband helped me appreciate what it takes to run a business and staff.Thus lead me to an interest in Property (at one stage owning 4 rentals) which eventually lead to a BDM role with a property management company, and eventually Real Estate Sales.
