About Leigh Mcmahon

From an early age I have had a great affinity with animals and the natural world. This passion led to a 24-year career in the veterinary profession, where I have had multiple roles across the sector including clinical roles, veterinary management and clinical operations. I am a zoology graduate, after graduation I spent time travelling and volunteering with various organisations. Leading to employment as an assistant musuem curator for a conservation organisation in Paraguay.Working in various roles I have developed many transferable skills that would allow me to work in different roles.Recently completed a masters in Museum studies at University of Leicester, I hope to gain employment in the museum sector. Open to discussion regarding prospects of roles that may suit my skill set.
