Regular site meeting with hiring managers (often weekly) to discuss hiring goals and objectives whilst raising any potential hiring challenges and proposals to overcome these. Provide regular updates on open and closed positions. To assist with annual rate reviews, providing market data to support. Regular contact with all agency workers and to feedback any concerns to the client. Regular reviews with hiring managers and the recruitment/HR team to ensure continuous improvements are identified and implemented. (recruitment, quality & compliance and safety). Weekly and monthly Management Information reporting against strict KPI's and SLA's and to respond to RFI to support annual compliance testing.
