I started Studio Health in 2004 after selling The Lonehill Sports Clinic in Gauteng the previous year. Relocating to the small coastal town of Hermanus, to simplify life and enjoy its champagne air was the goal. I have a BA degree in Human Movement Studies and Journalism from Rhodes University and with 39 years of experience in the Wellness and Fitness Industry this is my lifestyle journey while helping others along the way. ​Studio Health is a Personalised Exercise Training Studio which offers both Online and In-Studio Sessions depending on the client's preference.We follow a training protocol based on scientific principles that have been proven time and again. The aim is to exercise safely and correctly for your needs incorporating the 4 areas you lose ground in as you age – STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, ENDURANCE AND BALANCE... to be able and independent well into your senior years. We follow a holistic approach that brings about maximum change for minimum time spent in the gym.
