Undergraduate Hydraulic Services Contracts Administrator Cadet Key Responsibilities: • Liaise with external and internal staff for coordination works through a range of platforms including Aconex, iTwoCX and Incite• Review and prepare shop drawings and As-built drawings using AutoCAD and Bluebeam• Monitor and forecast project budget allocation and subcontracts, and ensuring projects have a positive cash flow • Organise variation notices with clients for non-scoped items including labour hours, material and services cost• Complete procurement across all stages of projects which include sampling of items, obtaining market pricing and ordering items from a range of suppliers• Prepare handover documentation including Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Greenstar Reports, Fire Collar Registers, As Built Drawings and Installation Certificates• Updating weekly registers to track invoices that required budget allocations, tools that have been borrowed from the workshop and plant & equipment that had been hired externally• Develop Project Quality Assurance & Safety documentation including Safety Work Method Statements (SWMS), Inspection Test Plans, Quality Assurance Forms and Commissioning Plans
