Design and delivery of modern and efficient facilities to continue to meet the demands and expectations of the local community. LA designed a bright and welcoming building that has improved the customer experience from arriving at the Lido, through reception and on to the changing areas. Hackney Council worked closely with LAA, to deliver the project and ensure that London Fields Lido maintains its position as the most popular 50m heated Lido in London. Show less

The undulating grass roof constructed from in-situ concrete and planted with wild flowers, together with the free-form glass and timber facades blend with the landscape, allowing sunlight to penetrate deep into the building.
