Recruited as the Product Manager for the new X-ray diffraction product, Xcalibur. After 11 months, the product and a small team of 4 people were spun-out to form the start up business Oxford Diffraction Ltd.

This was a post-doctoral research associate position to establish an X-ray crystallographic service providing 3D structure determination of research samples for the Inorganic and Organic chemistry department faculty.
