As a trainer, I compile and deliver all aspects of training regarding both the hardware and software related to the following: TV/laptop and phone fault-finding techniques to component level. Involving software diagnostics programs, test equipment including service documentation/schematic diagrams. I have over 25 years experience in maintenance + fault diagnosis of electronic/electromechanical processes.I have over 16 year’s customer facing experience as a service engineer.I work well within a team as well as working on my own initiative.I embrace understanding and working with new technologies including their associated challenges.
