Working with the High Performance Kitchen team on "Kitchen of the Future" projects. Interacting with clients to evaluate restaurant operations processes and procedures. Coordinating with clients to test new kitchen cooking and preparation equipment platforms and processes to develop more effecient kitchen systems. Providing feedback to engineers and manufacturers for equipment design modifications/improvements. Project management of design/buiild mock-ups of kitchen designs.

As R & D Manager, provided project management for cross-functional teams including Culinary, Operations and Design to gather information on processes and procedures, define goals, test new technologies and deliver new kitchen operating systems.As Purchasing manager, provided project management for new restaurant installations of furniture, fixtures and equipment from negotiating pricing, to purchase and delivery/installation of products.

Purchased equipment and supplies for new and existing restaurants. Reconciled invoices for new restaurant purchases. Performed project management for all phases of construction / installation tasks during new restaurant construction, including consolidation of equipment at local warehouses, delivery of equipment to site, and installation of restaurant equipment. Negotiated contracts for food and services, including local foodservice suppliers for new restaurant openings and telephone and utility services. Performed equipment and recipe testing during the development of new menu items including toasted sandwiches using a conveyor toaster, new fresh-made dressings and desserts. Tested and implemented a coffee program which provided high-quality coffee, point of sale materials and improved brewing process
