Hello! I am a passionate and driven association professional with five years of project management experience and over two years of Salesforce experience. In my current role as the CUSP Program Coordinator, I oversee the recertification process for all Certified Utility Safety Professionals. I also implement innovative customer service solutions across all aspects of the business. I help with new member onboarding, client retention, credential holder satisfaction and retention and certification maintenance. I utilize Salesforce daily to perform my work activities and am well-versed in reports and dashboards. I also help drive membership by creating marketing content, hosting educational webinars and networking within subject matter experts. I worked as a Sales & Engineering Project Manager for a plastics manufacturing company for five years. In this role, I was responsible for overseeing new product projects from first inception to first articles to the creation of work instructions for mass production. I helped drive sales and obtain new customers through professional presentations that emphasized the value of working with Criterion. I also represented the company at trade shows, driving brand awareness and increasing our presence in the optical dome enclosure market. I have a combined 13 years of experience working as a veterinary technician. I managed the surgical department at Emory University’s Division of Animal Resources. I trained new technicians and provided coaching to veterinary assistants to help them gain confidence and learn new skills. I was responsible for anesthesia and surgical monitoring, calculating and administering medication doses, maintenance of accurate and complete medical records, and general medical care of animals.
