I am an outgoing, pleasant and cheerful young woman who enjoys meeting new people. I would like my existing skills and abilities to be developed further. I have gained strong communication skills through my study of English Literature and from previous work experience. It has increased my vocabulary and helped me to communicate with different people allowing me to meet all customer’s needs. Having a business background has allowed me to observe the day to day running of a business. I am an organised and a focused individual, I work well independently and within a team. I always put in 100% effort and try to achieve the best possible outcome. I have strong organizational skills and am a confident communicator all which are essential within an organisation. My work experience has helped me to become more flexible, reliable, resourceful, hardworking, energetic, loyal and professional. I am also keen to develop new skills and I look forward to new challenges within a working environment.
