As the Accommodation Senior Manager NZL I am responsible for the successful planning, contracting and delivery of the Accommodation Services for the FIFA Constituent Groups including Team delegations, Match Officials, FIFA Senior officials, delegates and guests across NZ for the 2023 tournament along with lead up events. Following the successful sale of the property from Skyline Enterprises to Distinction Hotels, I am working with Duncan and his team from Distinction on a seamless transition of the staff and our guests. Opened & managed the brand new generation property in Brookvale, Northern Beaches Sydney. Was involved in 2003 with Travelodge Southbank as we looked to appoint a new manager.

Was transferred to the Herm as F&B Mgr, moved to Rms Div after Summer season then assumed both roles as part of restructure in mid 97

Had an opportunity to return to Hospitality where it had begun 10 years previous

Returned to Flight Catering to work with original boss from my apprenticeship. We catered for 8 different international carriers out of Syd Airport including American, United, NorthWest, Air France, Lufthansa, Lauda Air

Milford in Dec 85 as a chef, then spent winter at THC Chateau. Went to Perth, Aus for the America's cup for Summer 86/87. Back to Chateau in May of 87 and began Traineeship in August 87. Stayed at Chateau until Oct 88. Sent to THC Wanaka Oct 88 - Feb 89 for a wild old Festive season before promotion to Assistant Manager at THC Queenstown in Feb 89. Stayed until April 1990

Apprenticeship in Cookery. Managed to work in a variety of other restaurants similtaneously due to the shift work.
