As someone fairly new to the recruitment and talent industry, I've decided to enter with as big of a splash as possible. Starting in a new role can have numerous challenges, and taking this attitude has allowed me to overcome some of them during my early stages of learning. I aim not only to learn this role, but to truly conquer Talent Acquisition as a whole.
