- Processing of supplier invoices and query resolution.- Maintaining daily spreadsheet of good receipts relating to consumables and repairs of computer equipment.- Input into new methods of processing.- Running parked item reports in order to keep unauthorised invoices to a minimum.- Carrying out of weekly back runs.- Statement and bank reconciliations.- Journals and accruals.- Processing of employee expenses and handling relating queries.- Various other adhoc duties.
