As a member of the transformation team I led change management programmes that were aligned to strategic business objectives. The projects ranged from IT systems to forming a new business unit.On appointment to the role I was given responsibility for delivering a cross organisational, £1m+ IT consolidation programme. At the time it was in a state of flux and I had to effectively engage with stakeholders across multiple business areas and external suppliers in order to resolve complex issues. This was done using an agile approach to managing the project. Data migration from 21 legacy systems successfully completed in September 2014.Working in partnership with Wiltshire Police I managed the project to form a new victim and witness care team. Included within the project scope was: transferring existing business unit to the new team; establish a location along with ICT and telephony; recruit new team members; focus on designing processes and ensuring these contained no duplication or waste; Force wide training; developing a communication strategy for internal and external stakeholders including creating a new brand and developing the website.
