We typically have longer contracts giving us more to invest in the CAPEX and increasing the clients savings. Leigh first joined Gradient as a Management Consultant with responsibilities including pre-sales, Process Mapping, System Selection and Project Management for new and existing customers. Leigh then moved into the dual role of Head of Business development and Program Manager, which involved pursuing sales opportunities, meeting with prospective clients, formulating bids/proposal and contract negotiation, through to defining and managing multiple projects, assembling and overseeing project teams and customer relationship management.
