• Manage RFP process from receipt to delivery of proposal, coordinating with multiple internal resources to ensure document integrity.• Strategic writing, project management, actively coordinating and participating in meetings to identify customer specific goals and issues with Sales Management, Sales Executives, Account Executives, Underwriting, and multiple Subject Matter Experts to deliver competitive proposals.• Participate in quality peer to peer reviews prior to the delivery of a proposal product ensuring final questionnaire accuracy and proposal quality.• Creates Disruption and Accessibility Reports using Quest Analytics software.• Prepares and delivers large proposal documents in PDF formatting. • Coordinates with Subject Matter Experts to create, edit and maintain up-to-date RFP records in a large RFP database with Qvidian software.
• Oversee the operations and regulatory compliance of all VCHC programs and assist the Executive Director and CFO• Annual Grant writing for state and federal programs.• Complete quarterly and annual reports for all funded programs through housing and urban development (HUD) Office of Temporary Disability Assistance (OTDA) and the Veterans Administration (VA)• Designed and implemented operational plans goals and objectives for the organization.• Supervised annual budget preparation and other top-level financial matters.• Ensure the development and implementation of personnel training which provides the human resources necessary to achieve the organization’s mission• Plan and streamline the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, on-boarding, and termination processes to maintain staffing levels with qualified individuals.• Maintains agency policies, procedures, and governmental regulations, and develops initiatives to ensure compliance.

Counsel and guide clients in developing goals. • Provide ongoing individual support and encouragement to clients and conduct quarterly reviews of their progress.• Educate customer about employment assistance options, service/non-service connected and social security benefits, and community engagement opportunities. • Collaborate with community resource agencies to remove barriers, provide intervention and make referrals for issues facing customers in a variety of areas including, but not limited to, employment, substance abuse, health, finances, and legal/criminal issues.• Identify community and individual issues which could result in a change in a customer’s status and work to achieve appropriate resolutions.• Connect with community landlords to create viable rental opportunities for customers as they transition out of the program.• Work with internal and VA service providers to assure coordinated and streamlined services. • Input and maintain accurate records of customer progress in working toward individualized program goals using MS Word, Access and other software• Tracks program/funding required statistics in database with accuracy. • Completing required reports for funders and administration in a timely and accurate manner. • Participate in compliance, quality assurance and quality improvement activities as directed
