In this position I strive for the best customer service possible. I aide customers in finding a storage unit to fit their needs and guide them through the leasing process. I also help with maintenance of the facility and billing. I answer customer inquiries via phone calls and e-mails and interact with customers during their stay with us.

I worked as a retail merchandiser and marketing specialist for Acosta Retail Merchandising and Sales. This was an excellent position because I worked directly with clients to provide the best possible products for their stores. I serviced convenience stores and Walmart stores to make sure customers were getting the best of the best. Unfortunately, my father became ill and I wasn't able to continue traveling in this position but it was truly a learning experience which I value.

I worked in apparel sales and aided customers at the fitting room and on the sales floor. This was my first experience with sales and thoroughly enjoyed my time helping customers find the perfect outfit and size for them. Customer service is the most important feature of this position as well as keeping my department clean and continuously stocking products on the sales floor. I also worked with other associates to make the customer's experience at our store top notch.
