Hired to build and design the recruitment team & processes from the ground up. Eventually building and leading a team of 8, I led the recruiting efforts scaling company size from 250 to 600 employees. β’ Led full cycle recruiting across all functions (Engineering, Product Management, Research & Development, Sales, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, and Operations) and all offices (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Ontario & Austin) fulfilling all roles from entry to executive level β’ Partnered with C-level executive staff and finance in headcount forecasting and strategic planning, quickly eliminating all former dependency on external agency support β’ Implemented recruitment processes and programs including: ATS (Greenhouse), candidate surveys, interview evaluations, offer approval processes, interview training, onboarding program, internship program, and internal career development program for Client Services group β’ Led select culture and engagement initiatives: Manager training, onboarding program, and select employee engagement events.
