This involved ensuring rapid resolution to assigned problems; determining work-arounds; providing advice and recommendations for further development. Responsible for the day to day support and maintenance of the Omnia environment, covering 19 countries.• Generated and analysed reports of all calls assigned to the Omnia Expert Team.• Provided guidance in the use of the Omnia product suite to both end users (in the course of Problem Resolution) and the Global IT Support Teams.• Provided continuous contact with all Global IT Support Teams to ensure best and consistent use was made of the Omnia product suite. • Cooperated closely with the Operations teams to ensure that Operational problems were resolved rapidly. • Fully engaged with and adhered to all ITIL based policies, including Change Management, Incident Management and Problem Management. • My role included the effective configuration, monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the DM system.• I assisted first-time Omnia users and advise users on the functionality of the Virtual File and Matter security.• System rollout projects to international offices including Madrid & Amsterdam.• Documenting of policies and procedures including system Q&As as part of stringent quality control and change management processes.• System administration duties including confidential & sensitive client/matter security admin.
