Provision IAM is a fintech SaaS product developed specifically for community financial institutions. They are the leading provider of access management solutions for community banks and credit unions.I was contracted full-time under Original Copy Co. During my time there, I developed a marketing strategy in alignment with organizational goals to grow ARR over the next five years using account-based marketing (ABM) tactics. Collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders in sales, business development, RevOps, product development, implementations, customer care, and design to assess and develop key marketing messaging and content creation initiatives, identify SQLs and high-intent accounts, and ensure alignment with strategic KPIs. Key lead generation activities included creating and executing upon a strong inbound marketing strategy by creating personas, developing personalized email marketing and content campaigns, leveraging employee advocacy through LinkedIn, and lead nurturing. I became extremely proficient in HubSpot and Salesforce for CRM, marketing automation, and analytics reporting. Reported performance to c-suite leadership and made adjustments to campaigns as necessary.

I specialized in working with businesses and individuals who recognized the significance of a social media presence, but may not have known where to start. I provided continuous support and encouragement to these individuals as well as resources for success in achieving desired goals.

As the Marketing Associate for CBIZ Retirement Plan Services, I managed the daily marketing and social media operations of the Mid-Atlantic practice. In my role, I worked closely with others on the Retirement Plan Services team to identify specific marketing goals and implement them using both traditional and social media marketing strategies. CBIZ Retirement Plan Services works closely with businesses and organizations to create custom retirement plans tailored to meet the specific needs of both employers and their employees alike. No plan is "off the shelf" and every plan focuses on positive outcomes. Specific services provided include: Investment Advisory Services, Plan Management and Review, Employee Communication, and Plan Administration.
