This involves, ensuring all equipment is installed and operational prior to departure with the product managers and test analysts. Sole responsibility for vessel and occupant safety during operation-Strong collaboration with all stakeholders – this demand successfully working across multiple divisions of Navico to ensure product managers are informed and regularly updated on the developments throughout all the testing stages and, as required, making adjustments to the testing schedule to ensure fully validated results are achieved- Throughout this role, and my on-going and previous experience with Coastguard New Zealand and the requirements needed for conducting search and rescue operations has greatly benefited the Navico team. Working with these super yachts and charter boats tasks included: - Acting as captain of the accompanying chase boat – a task that included: managing the day to day operations and requirements: arranging the owner’s personal excursions, replenishing provisions and personnel relocation- Operating the vessels’ tenders and arranging, for example, to and from shore transfers and guests’ water activities- Assisting with watching keeping and navigation duties- Repairing and maintaining the yachts. This included: scheduled, preventative and un-scheduled maintenance and, when required, the appointment of external engineers.- Refreshing of interior systems; this involved the installation, commissioning the upgrading of interior chattels of the yachts.

Upon confirming a sale, I would allocate all the required tasks and project components through the centralised system. This included ordering of supplies and managing of workloads to ensure that delivery deadlines were met. As required, I would adjust workflows and communicate updates to the customers.- Increasing revenue, here I had a responsibility to extend Henleys’ activities into the international market and seek to generate new revenue streams through offshore distributors. I was tasked with outlining this approach to Henleys’ management. This required:Identifying and outlining the proposed logistic delivery channels (including customs – import/export) Compiling the required documentation and items for presenting to Henleys’ management team involving the use of: PowerPoint, marketing collateral, samplesMeeting with potential distributors from Turkey and Malta- Website management I was responsible for leading the creation and ongoing development of Henleys’ website. This involved creating pages, writing content and collating new imagery- General administration tasks included:o Insurance assessments – documenting findings from returned and damaged items. Sending details to insurance companies within the given timeframes for their claim assessors to review.o The management of consignment stock to New Zealand distributors that involved: establishing relationships and ensuring that stock remained at the required levels and, as needed, overseeing the distribution of stock.
