I typically staff four-six full time associates and six-eight part time associates. This creates a team that provides great guest service to two pool decks, a lap pool and a beach service. I call them the resort mini-concierges.Putting together a staff roster that can work as a team, even under the most stressful situations is the goal. It takes a team that has respect for one another, a love for their position and pride within themselves to handle everything that may arise through regular days, holidays, bad weather days and any other type of day in between.I take pride in the fact that I lead by example. I am a team player and help out in every facet of the job. I do and have done everything I ever ask of my staff.My precision to pool decks and beach service, offer unparalleled quality. I take such pride in my work that I continually get positive comments and appreciation from guests, members and peers. When I am on shift, there is nothing to worry about. I am always surprised that what comes so naturally to me is so commendable by others.
