Accelatis was acquired by Datavail on July 1, 2017.

Developed new position into primary support base for 3-person sales team. Applied new processes for lead generation analysis and tracking, streamlined lead follow-up, and maintained Salesforce CRM. Assisted in creation and distribution of e-communications, implementation of webinars and keeping website up-to-date. Directed all sponsorship logistics for Kscope17, including hosting a 5K and special event for 1,500+ conference attendees. During company merger, teamed up with Datavail’s Marketing Department to develop a campaign to cross-sell Accelatis software amongst all business units. Conducted extensive market research and created account profiles for approximately 75 companies.

Successfully directed United Way’s annual fundraising campaign. Managed portfolio of companies and individual donors giving $10 to $460K annually. Built relationships with individuals, small and large organizations through presentations and speaking opportunities, sharing the impact of United Way to encourage engagement. Contributed to the community image by collaborating on design of marketing materials, creating monthly e-communications, writing press releases and letters, managing the website and social media presence. Collaborated with staff on executing events and community-wide volunteer days for fundraising and general community awareness. Instrumental in building annual event, Flavors of Forsyth, into one of the largest festivals in Forsyth County. Established key partnerships, generating approximately $167,000 in sponsorships over 7 years.

Expanded fairly new position from a focus on direct funding to community organizations to a community impact based model. In conjunction with community partners, established direction for meeting critical needs in 5 key areas to promote long-term change. Developed initiatives Stuff the Bus and Give Kids A Smile Day to meet local needs. Facilitated process of distributing $1+ million in contributions annually. Served as liaison between United Way and 50+ funded programs and organizations, managing accountability and reporting, communicating access to resources and scheduling educational opportunities to help them better serve the community.
