I transitioned from delivering HORNE’s Healthcare business development efforts to exclusively focusing on strategies that help fulfill REDi Health’s mission of making community data actionable while building technology careers in rural markets. I provide full ownership of the pipeline’s clarity, insights and forecasts. I identify, analyze and solidify value-based partnerships with underserved health systems in rural communities that can be validated through data analytics. I lead data-driven strategies to accurately forecast sales, generate sustainable profit margins and promote team confidence and ensure leadership is aligned with sales vision, strategies and tactics to successfully deliver on the mission of REDi.

I was promoted five times within the marketing and business development sectors; partnered with HORNE’s Healthcare Managed Accounting Services team to lead the process for selling cloud-based accounting services to physician practices. I identified prospects for lead generation, targeted leads to grow managed accounting services and secured calls and demos, as well as performed market, competitor, and partnership research and data analysis. I developed and maintained relationships with business partners, assisted in development of services sold, collaborated with marketing to develop collateral and planned webinars, forums, mixers and conferences. I also oversaw strategy, planning and execution for tradeshows and 60+ sponsorships annually, headed process improvement efforts, promoted strategic topics to secure speaking opportunities for SMEs, produced a podcast, and delivered project management of the proposal development process.

I managed the sales process to help maximize brand recognition and partnerships. I built and nurtured relationships with prospective customers and created direct mail campaigns to generate in-person meetings with decision makers. I also developed strategic presentations and proposals to win business.

I managed accounts at the University of Southern Mississippi and William Carey colleges and marketed new products and new programs. I focused on promotion to increase sales.
