Continue to establish and operationalize value management and value capability adoption, mindset and change within IT and within the BI organization. Deliver an agreed Adoption Roadmap through:1. Focus on leading and managing both an overall program for the CHC Carve Out for IT to support the successful carve out of the CHC business from BI and the French company Sanofi but also the AH Integration Program for IT as part of integrating the new Animal Health business into BI.
