Ex Bajan polo pony exerciser currently helping to integrate a 10 year old financial services company into its national acquirer whilst training to become a Chartered Financial Planner.I now work for the Fairstone Financial Management Ltd helping to integrate my previous company, Cube Financial Planning, into their Group following its successful acquisition. We set up Cube FP in 2010 and I have been in charge of the operations of the company from inception through to acquisition. Since 2018 I have worked alongside Fairstone’s great team, through the Partner Firm period, then the due diligence process and now during the integration phase. I also have some 15 years of experience on the client side of the financial advice profession, and whilst during this time I was not an adviser, I was heavily involved in the client servicing and relationship building on a day to day basis, which will continue to grow under the Fairstone group. I have recently become diploma qualified with the CII to become a qualified adviser with the ultimate aim of becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.Outside of the financial advice industry I hold a commercially endorsed Yacht Master Offshore license which permits me to work as a Master on board sailing vessels up to 200gt up to 150 miles from a safe haven. In reality it means I like boats and being out on the water, and if I can’t do that then I’ll be putting in the miles on my bike.
