Defined global design strategies to ensure all Netflix offices around the world would inspire, inform, and delight all employees, by creating digital, signage, and wayfinding brand narratives, creating a comprehensive and detailed global brand manual, and leading a global team of designers to execute the designs. Developed design strategy that ensured design execution was continuously pushed and elevated relative to business objectives, cohesive to the overall project intent, and representative of Netflix’s culture and brand, as measured by a 20% increase in workspace use. Conceptualized, designed and oversaw fabrication of all physical touch points of Netflix’s brand within the workplace (5,000 sq. ft to 300,000+ sq. ft.) resulting in a cohesive, high-quality brand experience. Developed an EGD workflow (from conception to installation) that was implemented across multiple project types at various scales, resulting in a consistent and effective brand strategy. Managed and delivered brand concepts of the highest quality, on budget, globally. Researched innovative and sustainable solutions, materials, and applications by collaborating with outside experts. Provide creative direction and oversee projects by working with outside design firms to improve the quality of project outputs, which resulted in winning multiple design awards. Supervised and provided feedback to guarantee that 96% of projects are delivered on time and on brand by holding weekly meetings and design sprints.
