Provided on-site support maintaining a large web-enabled data collection system (Prospector) with a large user base interface on four different networks, each with unique classification levels. Responsible for the coordination, management, and development of QA activities required for supporting, evaluating, auditing, controlling, and documenting all quality assurance functions throughout the software development lifecycle. Assisted software and hardware developers, project managers, business analysts, and user representatives in application design and document reviews to include test plans and test cases for regression, system, integration, user acceptance, function, object, manual testing. Extensively involved in development and implementation processes and procedures based on the product needs, including test for new features and bug tracking/fixes using TeamPulse. Regression testing to insure that changes did not 'break' existing functionality. New tests were created in order to validate new requirements for new releases. Test plan items addressed individual requirements found in the system requirements document. Testing was done on IE, Chrome, and FireFox. Test Plan was used in the process to obtain our ATO (government Agreement to Operate). Expertise in the process of QA testing with the customer in support of our obtaining the ATO. Updated/maintained final versions of all baseline documentation to include, but not limited to, release notes, upgrade instructions, test plans, system administration guide (SAG), Version Description Document (VDD), users’ manual, and installation guide. Test plan was delivered to the government as part of the deliverable software package. Provided in-service training to personnel. Maintained ongoing inventory logs of all data and media repositories and the disposition of obsolete data and media.
