Costume Construction shop for the Las Vegas shows Le Reve - The Dream at Wynn Las Vegas, and Steve Wynn's ShowStoppers at Wynn Encore.Duties included:- Managed international purchasing process on a 7 figure budget for multiple Las Vegas shows at one of the premier hotel and casino destinations on the Strip- Managed permitting process for spray booth for chemical applications- Orchestrated quality assurance process at all steps including finished product- Supervised multiple fittings for performers- Maintained current OSHA, SDS, and other relevant safety data- Managed costumes across all performance disciplines and mediums (ie. properly maintained painted costumes for water performances)- Oversaw project management duties for entire shop- Took on increasingly significant duties and the shop was built up from the ground floor

- Key member of Records and Information Management Team including document retention, storage, etc. for Chemistry Team- Provided administrative support including coordination across multiple international sites for SAP solution roll outResponsible for administrative support activities, including the preparation of complex technical material/reports/forms using a wide variety of text editing software, assist supervisor in the coordination of management issues, (i.e., department/staff goals and objectives). Manage multiple and complex calendars and coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements. Additional responsibilities include coordinating complex onsite/offsite meetings, coordinate outsourcing / supplier visit calendar, communication with international suppliers in support of an outsourcing initiative, administrative projects, providing management with status/activity reports, and selecting appropriate format for presentations. Responsible for taking, transcribing, and distributing meeting minutes / Coordinated lecturing professor visits, including travel, vendor set-up, and payments
