I am an equity-driven researcher and evaluator with experience engaging community organizations and their stakeholders to help shape their processes, build capacity, and facilitate community action. As a community psychologist, I have a deep passion for engaging community and organizational stakeholders in research and evaluation that is actionable and useful for them. I have extensive training and experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis, evaluation, project management, and writing for a broad array of audiences. I love combining my research and applied skills with community interests to work for social change. I believe in collaboration and translating data into knowledge that is not only accessible, but also facilitates collective learning and capacity building. I am interested in systems-level change evaluation and research that advances community well-being and health. Specifically, my background in education research, organizing alongside youth, and community psychology position me to advance community and social change for young people; including school safety, violence prevention, and youth leadership development.
