Current• Train, develop, mentor and manage a team of three recruiters. • Ensure my team is hitting their KPIs by hosting daily meetings to discuss candidate interviews, coverage on open job orders, connect on daily successes/wins, as well as struggles and how to overcome hurdles. • Serve as the internal “go-to” point of contact for client intake calls for interim job orders and setting the process as it relates to candidate presentation and interviews. • Collaborate with my business development colleagues daily to help drive business. This includes, but is not limited to: 1) attending client visits, both on-site and virtual; 2) sending out weekly Most Placeable Candidate “MPC” summaries showcasing available talent; 3) discussing pipeline orders and upcoming projects.• Work weekly, if not daily, with our VP of Managed Solutions to help manage bench (salaried professional) utilization. • Attend weekly and monthly leadership meetings to discuss current and projected revenue status, pipeline orders, improving inefficiencies and efforts around team development. • Partnered with our sister division in implementing a lead and reference tracking mechanism to help drive revenue growth. Because of the success seen within the Houston market, this was implemented throughout the F&A practice by my VP.• Part of implementing the “special purpose” benched employee program to help with candidate retention due to market conditions seen after COVID-19.• Lead monthly recruiting training for F&A project recruiters within the Houston, Dallas, and Chicago offices. • Instrumental in creating a Terms and Conditions email template, which includes all legal jargon necessary in lieu of pending MSAs. This expedited getting contract deals across the finish line so revenue was not withheld. • Since BGSF acquired Horn Solutions in December of 2022, I have been a top producer and attended Diamond Club incentive trips. • Average success fill ratio is 85%.
