• Responsible for Store Development including all Design & Development approvals for Diana Ferrari, Williams, Colorado and Mathers stores nationally, I also carried the responsibility for all Operational expenditure and Property and lease management nationally for 200 retail stores across 4 brands. • Direct report to CEO.• Working closely with each brand GM to ensure outcomes in line with business plans. • Management of Project team. • Key decision maker and adviser for leasing of New Store locations, Strategic Leasing decisions including growth modeling for forward planning in line with business plans.• Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act• Procurement of all products associated with the construction and retrofit of stores. • Review and implement Occupancy cost savings to the business both short and long term. • P&L Management of all Stores and Support office CAPEX and OPEX throughout Australia.• Capital Expenditure Forecasting, Budgeting & reporting for Retail stores and Support offices.• Developed and implemented new operational profiles for the business to improve ROI. • Create & approve all new design concepts and guidelines across all brands.• Interstate travel to inspect retail store locations including onsite progress as required.• Complete all council and building approval applications with a sound knowledge of requirements. • Key Member of OH+S Committee within the business ensuring staff and customer safety.

• Head of Property responsible for all Store Leasing and Lease Administration• New Store Development• Responsible for the expansion of Mothercare into the Australia retail landscape through 36 stores.• Successfully managed $12 million dollar Capex budget over 24 months coming 22% under budget.• Responsibility for sourcing new locations and sites including greenfield and existing.• Sole Project Manager of over 36 large scale fitouts over 24 months.• Operational support, maintenance and OPEX and CAPEX for 55 retail outlets across the country.

• Successfully managed fitout projects up to $1,200,000 • Responsible for client portfolio worth $15 million annually• Implemented new OH+S procedures within the company. • Single handedly Project Managed fitouts and openings of over 60 stores a year.

• Project Managed several Store fitouts from a 2nd year apprentice• Spent 6 Months in the United Kingdom completing retail fitouts.
