Being in charge of the company’s technical competence, I Identified weaknesses in the technical capacity of the company’s communication platform and lead the technological transformation to improve the platform’s stability, speed and general performance. This resulted in; improved operational stability; the ability to increase sales within existing customer base; attract larger clientele and also expand its product line.
