During this time, he has worked in Australia as a site manager and project manager on large commercial buildings. Leighton has owned his own construction firm since 2010 focusing mainly on residential housing, including new builds and large renovations.Leighton has an enquiring mind and has always enjoyed the challenge of finding ways to effectively and efficiently build better, healthier homes. Every house he has built has been of a higher standard than code. Leighton has a heart for people and this is his other great motivator to find other ways to build. This led him to the world of building science and to SelectSIP.
